POLYCHAR 19 aims at bringing together established polymer scientists, young researchers and students from academia and industries.
The conference will provide intensive interactive forum for the discussion on the recent developments in science and technology of polymeric materials with special focus on nanostructured and biorelated polymers.
The technical programme will comprise oral presentations (including symposia with plenary, invited and contributed lectures) and dedicated poster session.

Kathmandu, the POLYCHAR 19 host city, is situated in a valley full of ancient temples, arts, and impressive architecture.
Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu is connected to many major cities of the world.
Transport for the participants to and from the conference centre will be provided. During and after the conference, excursions in and around Kathmandu will be organized.
POLYCHAR 19 participants will be offered the opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the country during pre- and post conference tours. Upon request, the tours outside Kathmandu (e.g. to Pokhara, Chitwan National Park, Lumbini etc.) will be arranged.
