URGENT INFORMATION

• Please send your flight schedules as soon as possible
• POLYCHAR 19 volunteers will pick up the delegates from Tribhuvan International Airport Arrival Gate.
• Poster Session on March 21 and 22; POSTER Board Size: 90 cm wide and 120 cm high
• On arrival VISA will be issued by Nepal Government for foreigners except some countries. Bring two passport size photographs and 30 USD with you. Indian Nationals do not need VISA for Nepal.
• Please note that March 20 is Holi in Southern Nepal. There will be limited road transport service.
• Please bring your registration receipt with you.
